I assist individuals, couples and Families with their emotional wellbeing. My approach combines the best traditional psychotherapy methods ,- helping you to create powerful and meaningful goals and develop and execute clear strategies to achieve them - with proven skills of counselling and change. I will work with you on the change you need to introduce to your life. I will provide you with tools and techniques that are proven to enable you to overcome the biggest of challenges and create the beliefs, habits and capabilities that can transform your life. I work with the whole system of relationships that surrounds you - being it your family, workplace or your culture . Systemic Constellation is a therapeutic process conducted in a single session to deal with difficulties you experience with your partner, family or work relationships. Family Constellations can be a stand-alone approach to Personal Growth, or a useful support to other forms of Counselling, Coaching or Therapy in either an Individual Session or a Workshop or Online or Telephone . The actions of others in your family system can have significant (and often deeply unconscious) effects on you - even across generations. In constellation we look at the connection of your current life issues and problems to the past generations in your family. Usually there will be immediate relief and clarity of your issues, however it is not a quick-fix, short-lived solution. It can take some months for the full benefits of a single Family Constellation to unfold in your life and the lives of those connected to you, even when they haven't participated in the Family Constellation themselves. In my work I bring warmth and wise heart along with twenty years experience as a therapist through which I have brought healing, and long lasting resolution to clients from many walks of life. can assist you in this process and you will learn new ways of dealing with your life obstacles Together we can create strategies in order to re-shape relationships which cause you difficulty. I will guide and support you in this journey . I deal with personal problems ,couple issues and work related stress My gift is to explain in easily understood language, just how you can bring around the change that you want in your life. I have MSc Psychology and postgraduate qualifications as a psychotherapist from Metanoia Institute in London. I am an experienced counsellor (BACP accredited) and Psychotherapist (UKCP registered) My specialized training covers integrated approaches to counselling and psychotherapy utilizing Transactional Analysis, CBT ,NLP, life coaching, individual psychotherapy, couple counselling,couple therapy, Family Constellations processes and techniques.

Bio:

In my Systemic Counselling training I recognise that all people are part of multiple systems within family, community and culture, and in these different areas of life we inhabit many different roles. Growth happens when people make new meaning of their roles within these various systems. I believe that with counselling, people can begin to get perspective on their own strengths, and find within them, powerful resources for growth. I see my roles as a coach and as a counsellor to facilitate people to acknowledge the wealth of their own experience and create a unique framework of strengths and resources for shaping their life’s destiny. Thus I focus on Sanology and well-being. After integrating many theoretical strands, including Constellations, I am using an approach based on the belief that change is possible and necessary for growth. For me Counselling, enables people to push their boundaries, experience challenges, and expand their frame of reference. It is based on building strong Adult approach to life that is open to reality checking and confrontation of old beliefs and stories. This is what I train others to do.
