I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with experience working with individuals, couples and families. In my practice I have found that seeking therapy takes a great deal of courage. When clients begin therapy they often experience a wide range of emotions and may feel uncertainty about what to do or who to turn to. Clients may believe that you have exhausted all resources or possibilities yet nothing seems to make a difference. I am here to help. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families of various backgrounds. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment in which we explore what is contributing to your unhappiness and what you can do change it. During the therapeutic process we work on helping you find the best possible outcome for you. When working with couples I utilize Gottman Method and am currently participating in Certification Consultation Training.
