Do you feel lost, alone and tired of carrying your heavy load by yourself? Do you look in the mirror and wonder what happened to me, who am I? I specialize in working with the grief of a life that feels hopeless and or loss of relationship, friendship, health, job or pet. I offer a place where you learn how to start taking those steps forward.. As you experience speaking and expressing your inner thoughts to another human being you will begin to find your own way back to your life. Together will work toward making life simpler and less stressful You will start to feel better and your energy will come back. You may think you should be able to figure out how to move forward in your life. It helps to talk with someone who is a professionally trained listener. I will be here for you. I received my M.A. in Counseling from USF in 1989. I have been in private practice as a licensed counselor since 1993. I work with adults who are struggling and hope that they can learn to make better choices in their lives. There is nothing I rather do in this life than work with my clients and watch as they grow.
