Practice Information
Life can throw many challenges our way! Counseling is a positive way to navigate through these challenges by developing the skills and tools necessary to live a more fulfilled life. Through a combination of cognitive behavioral techniques, exploration of family dynamics, and the use of each individual's own strengths and attributes, I strive to help clients achieve balance and happiness in their lives. I believe the relationship built between a counselor and client is important and will work hard to ensure a safe and trusting environment. I am thoroughly trained and practiced in both individual and couples counseling. In addition, I have a great deal of experience and training in parenting/step-parenting skills, coping with divorce and loss of family members, self-esteem and self-image struggles, depression, anxiety and anger management.
