Practice Information

I treat all psychological or life problems. I'm both a psychologist and a development trainer and coach, so once any issues are resolved we can move on to enhancing lives if that's requested. For example I do a lot of smoking cessation and weight loss work (both carry a one year money-back guarantee). I'm a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) specialist and supplement this with acceptance-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) or Acceptance-Action Therapy (AAT). A CBT / AAT combination is the most powerful therapy I'm aware of. I sometimes also supplement these tools with hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and others where needed. I work with adults, children and couples. I'm happy to work face-to-face or by phone or internet (Skype).
