Holistic Community Therapy is the only mental health occupational therapy clinic in Oregon. We specialize in helping adults develop the skills and routines needed to live meaningful, balanced lives. Our trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach is especially supportive of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and other historically underserved communities.
Our clinicians support clients through life transitions, identity development, stress management, and mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. With a strong focus on functionality and resilience, we integrate evidence-based practices with holistic modalities like somatic therapy, mindfulness, and narrative approaches.
We believe therapy should meet you where you are—emotionally, culturally, and practically. All of our services are offered virtually throughout Oregon to maximize accessibility and flexibility for our clients. |
