The Institute for Personal Growth (IPG), founded in 1983, provides counseling and psychotherapy in New Jersey and New York City to people from all walks of life, concerning a vast number of issues and using a wide range of techniques and approaches in psychotherapy. We blend heart and mind to provide you with quality mental health services. With offices in HIGHLAND PARK, JERSEY CITY, FREEHOLD and satellites in other locations, we are close to most of northern and south/central New Jersey as well as NYC. We accept most insurance and have affordable fees. Our staff of therapists - psychologists and licensed clinical social workers - have significant experience, extraordinary professional qualifications and specializations in every conceivable issue and area of psychotherapy. As a result, we are one of New Jersey's most prominent and respected private mental health practices. IPG provides compassionate professional psychotherapy that combines the best of heart and mind.
