My Practice is growing stronger every day. I offer Deep tissue massage tailored for your body needs. Included in your tailored massage is energy work to assist in raising your emotional/energy levels. I offer detoxing body wraps with body masks to assist in weight loss. I am currently offering lifestyle consultations to assist in a higher quality of living. Also offered is ear candling. Here Now.... is nutritional and healthy meal planning/cooking mini classes for your ailment, meditations/conings, and Health coaching.

I have been in practice since 2003. My practice in order to keep cost down is run from my home. I provide a safe and healing environment for your stress relief and relaxing pleasure. I have spent the last two years learning different modalities of energy work combines with emotional work. In May 2012, I graduated from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Now offering 6 month health coaching to improve your awareness around foods, your intuition and creating a balanced healthy lifestyle that is fun and creative. I honor all relationships and approach my practices with compassion, honesty, and awareness.
