After training in and practicing several modalities of bodywork, I have found the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release therapy is the most effective in treating all types of pain and health issues. Fascia, or connective tissue wraps and infuses everything in the body so it not only effects muscles but plays a major role in the overall health and function of the organs, lymphatic system, circulatory system, nervous system, on and on. MFR therapy is about releasing restrictions that can result in the fascia from injuries, surgeries and stress, allowing optimal function and elimination or reduction of symptoms.
