I work with individuals, couples, adolescents and groups in my practice, providing psychotherapy and counseling.

The counseling I provide is down-to-earth, and collaborative. Your therapy has to feel like a good fit, so I use my curiosity, and training to incorporate the right kind of approach for you. In therapy, we look at the past and how it affects your present day choices and patterns. We look at ways in which you may be frustrated or stuck and learn new tools that can help you grow and reach your goals.

My interests and focus include: depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, chronic pain, addictions, eating disorders and adolescents. I also like to work with people struggling with life transitions and both women's and men's issues. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and work specifically with trauma, PTSD and the body.

I will be offering an Eating Disorder/Body Image Group as well as a Co-Ed Process Therapy Group in my practice.

I supervise an MFT Intern that can provide sliding scale psychotherapy in my practice.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with ten years experience in the field. I have worked with the chronically mentally ill, adolescents in residential treatment, in drug/alcohol treatment centers and I have run women's groups and relationship groups in an outpatient setting.
I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Marina Del Rey.
I have also completed a three year Somatic Experiencing training and am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner working with Trauma and the Body.
