Practice Information

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (she/her) in South Carolina and have been working as a therapist with individuals and groups for over ten years. Things can feel overwhelming at times, and I’d like to help you lift the weight of life’s struggles. Change can be difficult, however, so is staying in the same place. I can assist you in developing the skills to become “unstuck.”

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues, trauma, Autism, OCD, and ADHD. My most preferred therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with related evidence-based techniques. My therapy style is one of acceptance, genuineness, and positive regard. I aim to empower you to work through challenging situations with fortitude and resilience.

My goals are to help increase self-awareness, enhance inner peace, and gain an overall sense of wellbeing in your life. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change.
