Practice Information

Core Process Psychotherapy is an embodied mindfulness-based approach facilitating a greater awareness of the interplay between thoughts, emotions and body sensations and how these in turn express habitual patterns of relating to ourselves and others. Patterns that may restrict or keep you stuck within a limited range of responses in key areas of your life. By learning to turn, without judgement, towards rather than away from painful emotions it's possible to develop greater flexibility and responsiveness when faced with life's challenges. Short term and longer term work with adults. Call for a free initial consultation.
