In life we all face challenges at one point or another where we need a little extra support. Often when we feel overwhelmed, stuck, or confused in one area of our lives it can spiral out of control and begin impacting other areas. Whether facing mental health conditions, life transitions, or trying to reconnect with yourself, therapy provides a safe relationship to express feelings, explore options, and learn new skills. Since we are all uniquely individual with different experiences, cultures, and worldviews each solution should be crafted to meet the distinct challenges we face. It is my goal to understand the diverse factors that come into play and work with you to provide the best support possible. Therefore, my treatment approach focuses on our ability to form an open relationship and draws from a wide range of techniques depending on your specific situation. These treatment methods could include (but are not limited to) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt, Existential, and Humanistic techniques.
