Holistic Health treatments encompasses the health of both mind, body and spirit. A natural approach to treating conditions that are stress related, From back pain, headaches, digestive disorder, insomnia to muscle ache and pain. The practitioner will arrive at your home, conduct an in depth consultation and discuss a path or course of treatment. Weather sit is to treat a specific problem or for relaxation or to generally help maintain the good health in the body a choice of therapies is available. Each therapy complements each other and your practitioner will advise and educate you about the benefits and method of each type of treatment. We offer Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Shiatsu Chair Massage and Deep Tissue Massage. The course of treatment is tailored to each individual, so that together we can meet the specific health target of each individual. It may be the choice of individual essential oils that will help to address a specific earth problem, or the different type of pressure and technique used in the massage itself that will benefit the natural health of the client that makes the session personali to you. We help to bring the body back into balance and leaving the client feeling better at the end of each session. Home Advice is given, including pointers on diet, relaxation, skin care and exercise as well as advice on detoxing the body between treatments and the healing process.

Kathryn L Kutner is qualified in Holistic Therapiies to Level 3VTCT and holds public indemnity insurance with HIS. She is a member of The Complementary Therapy Asociation and has been since qualifying in the above in 2009. She has held a regular private practice at a local health clinic treating regular clients with either Aromatherpy, Reflexology, Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage. Her experience has allowed her to work from The Reflexology Shop in London since 2010 wher she provides treatment in their back spa for three days a week. She became interested in alternative medicine and found it to be effective and a gentle method of treatment when treating her own health problems. After training in India with a well known Yoga teacher she decided to take her interest and understanding to a professional level and hence qualified in 2009 so that she could communicate the health benefits of natural healing to others in the community.
