I provide a sale and comfortable environment in which to work on any issues that may be causing you emotional pain or anxiety. I believe that when you are able to accept yourself right where you are that change begins to happen. After a successful intern practice of five years, I am now licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Certified Hypnotherapist. I work with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues including: depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, anger management, relationship counseling, loneliness, life transitions and abuse. I also work with victims of crime through the local District Attorney's Office.
Sometimes life can be overwhelming but it is our reaction to life that often affects our mental state. Many of us tend to compensate for high stress levels by overreacting, overeating or even self-medicating. These actions only exacerbate the situation. Working together, we can come up with better solutions to alleviate stress and help manage your life in a healthy way. Anger management., addiction recovery, and hypnosis for weight loss are a some of the ways in which I can help. |
