I am a former owner of a Bikram Yoga school, and am a National Yoga Champion in Bikram. I will help you be the best you can be by designing your workouts in exact accordance with your needs. Bio:

A native Japanese, Kyoko started her career as a gymnast then a dancer. She received an MA in dance from New York University and was introduced to Bikram Yoga in LA in 2003. Kyoko was immediately hooked and graduated from the teacher training program in the fall of 2005.
