Lana LeSoleau is an experienced CranioSacral Therapist and Body Worker. Lana is a graduate of Northwest Academy of Healing Arts, professionally trained as an Advanced CranioSacral Therapist by The Upledger Institute, as well as many other professional institutions. Lana is licensed by the state of Nevada massage therapy licensing board (*License Number 3071 exp. 10-31-2016), and has been a nationally certified licensed massage practitioner through NCBTMB (Certificate 001104-00 as of 1993).
Because every patient is different, every treatment regimen is unique. A CranioSacral Therapy session may include visceral manipulation, lymphatic drainage Reiki/Pranic Healing and Myofascial Release. Other techniques may be offered in combination with CranioSacral Therapy, such as reflexology and deep tissue/structural integration to achieve optimum results.
Aroma Touch technique and aromatherapy sessions are also available by scheduled request. You are welcome to request a particular technique for your specific needs.
CranioSacral Therapy technique has become popular for its gentle, non-invasive method of releasing restrictions to relieve stress on the central nervous system and regain balance in the body. "I believe what we expect and observe influences what we get. People in my practice can expect my full attention, as well as positive changes and progress with their goals. It is best to come to the first session having thought about your goals. -Lana has completed 3 advanced courses in CranioSacral Therapy and has been a teaching assistant (T.A.) for the Upledger Institute regularly since 1994 in CranioSacral Therapy levels I and II, Somatoemotional Release levels I and II, as well as CranioSacral Therapy Advanced Level 1. She has also worked in the Upledger Institute Clinic as a preceptor and visiting therapist.
Lana was nationally certified in 1993 by the National Certification Board For Therapeutic Massage And Bodywork (NCBTMB). She is a licensed massage therapist in Nevada and the State of Washington *Formerly licensed and was practicing in Missouri as well as Utah. Ms. LeSoleau had gone through advanced levels of training courses in Pranic Healing and Medical/Clinical Hypnotherapy. She's a certified practitioner of Neurolinguistic programming. She utilizes and weaves her training in the martial arts, massage therapy, Arhatic Yoga, Pranic Healing, Reiki and essential oils into her sessions, offering a diverse, integrative, and practical approach to this work. She always works with clients on the physical, energetic, and emotional levels.

Lana LeSoleau retired from the U.S. Air Force Reserve as a Lt. Colonel in 1994 after spending most of 20 years as a Professional Counselor and Human Resources Specialist. She has a Master’s Degree in both Human Relations Psychology and Business Administration. Her professional training and experience as a counselor have given her excellent evaluative, intuitive and therapeutic skills, bringing a unique expertise to her private practice for pain and stress management. She has been practicing in the Healing Arts since 1991, and has a passion for complimentary modalities. Her belief is that the body holds all of the information needed for its own healing. Lana excels at providing a safe space for clients to work on physical and emotional blockages.
