Practice Information

Let's talk about your relationships with yourself, your body, your family, friends, other loved ones, colleagues, your addiction, your stress, work, life purpose, nature, society, the earth, spirit, etc. All are welcome in the session. The more awareness that is developed around the nature of those relationships, the more conscious your choices and behaviours will be, and the more authentic you will become as a person. I believe this is essential for achieving optimal health. My practice involves one on one consultations in which we employ a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities, primarily psychodynamic and experiential in orientation, toward a greater understanding of oneself in the context of one's life.
