As a psychotherapist/counselor/relationship coach, I work with past and current problems as well as coaching to inspire positive healthy living. We decide together in our initial meeting which approaches work best for you. If you are unsure, then I assist you by sharing up to date research and techniques. I will also help you find another therapist if you feel my approach does not fit for you. Your growth is important to me.

My deep inspiration comes from assisting others in finding more harmony and joy in their lives. I began my private practice when I was licensed in 2001. Before I was licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I assisted people as a certified paralegal, legal advocate and foster mother for foster care agencies, mental health provider in county and non-profit mental health agencies. For 28 years, I have been assisting people in their journey to wholeness.
Clients report that our work together transforms the way they think about their work, purpose and vocation. I assist people, if they choose, in opening to their intuition, transforming their values into action, and answering their true inner calling… instead of simply settling with the way life seems in their outdated perceptions. In the last few years, using lifelong research, workshops and many sources of teachings, I have assisted people in more than the medical model of counseling which is focused on something being wrong with them. My intention is to bring alive the inner wisdom and knowing that they are empowered from within. Instead of the popular teachings of the movie “The Secret” and other get-what-you-want philosophies, I explore deeper gems within to embrace loving what is NOW. They discover greater purpose and moving towards their own healed vision, on both an individual and a cultural level. |
