I specialize in children, adolescents, and adults who suffer from depression, anxiety disorders, etc. Most clients come with doubt as to how a stranger would help them. Having support by a therapist helps tremendously in reaching your therapy goals. Goals are met by the motivation each individual client has. Understanding a client where they are coming from is the first step a counselor does in order to develop a good rapport with clients. I do incorporate mindfulness in therapy but not all the time. Mindfulness is the ability to pay attention on purpose in the present moment. It is very beneficial in therapy. I am here to provide you the tools for you to succeed in your life.
