If you are like most people in the world in these trying times,you may find that your life stresses can become overwhelming. Whether you have dealt with mental health issues your whole life or its something new to you, it can be very disrupting or worse debilitating. I will use my 15 years of counseling experience to guide and assist you through issues affecting your well being. I take my position as a therapist seriously,it is not just professionally rewarding, but is also personally. I want people to know whatever you are going through the coping skills that I hope to instill in you are also the same skills I use in my life.The most important factor in counseling is the development of a connection, and it is strongest when based on trust. You can trust I will listen. Once a connection has been made this allows a therapeutic relationship to evolve. My position is to help people realize that they are not alone,to provide education,support and the tools to help you deal with life's circumstances more effectively.
