Certified Healing Touch Practitioner; Nationally Certified Massage Therapist; Reiki Master.
Have had training in Pranic Healing, Polarity, Quantum Healing and Intuitive Medical Healing.
I do bodywork that is positional release technique and Cranio-sacral work. Currently exploring the use of herbs, aromatherapy, and flower essences in my practice to give clients more choices. Masters degree is in Human Development and Family Wellness and therefore I have experience in stress management techniques and information to work with lifestyle issues. I have taught Yoga and stretching and often give homework in this area as well.
Relaxation is the "side- effect" of the energy healing work. When we have an illness or are dealing with difficult problems, the body/mind cannot devote it's energy to healing. The actual relaxation response allows the body/mind to move into it's natural healing process. We all self-heal. But we often need a nudge.
Many clients report sleeping better and feeling more whole after a session.
