Beginning therapy can be daunting and anxiety provoking. You may have found other ways to deal with your anxiety or depression. You may also feel you need more and are tired of going it alone. As a compassionate therapist, I work collaboratively to help you work through your anxiety and/or depression to rediscover the journey of your life. I offer individual and couples therapy in my office in Beverly Hills. I specialize in anxiety and depression disorders. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and change regardless of what point they are at in their life. But change can be scary and requires both insight and action. We will work together to help you become aware of how these feelings originally developed and how they are now being played out in your personal, professional and intimate relationships.
