I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have 15 years experience working with adults, adolescents and children. I've conducted individual and group sessions. I use psychodynamic and Solution-Focused theories. I do believe everyone has the power to be the change they wish to see. I also provide life coaching which is very different than therapy. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for.
