We offer individual, family and group counseling for a wide variety of your concerns and issues. We also give talks and workshops on many mental health issues

I also founded a Drink Moderation program called Motivational Recovery. This 6 week program, based on a Harvard research study, and practiced in Europe and Canada for dozens of years, allows the problem
drinker the choice of learning to drink moderately or choose abstinence.
I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. I find hypnosis a wonderful adjunct to quickly uncover, explore, and heal issues from past childhood trauma and experiences, present fears, and future anxieties. These issues or patterns, once helping us survive childhood, can now be making our lives unmanageable. Releasing past negative issues, whether through traditional therapy, or hypnosis, can help us reclaim our sense of trust and our ability for intimacy and sexuality without fear and guilt.
I also specialize in counseling for sexual addictions. Many perceived sexual "addictions" are not really "addictions", but a result of our not being able to really connect with anybody. One way to tell if you are engaged in healthy or unhealthy sexual activity is how out of control you feel and are you causing others and yourself pain.
Ally Tracy has a unique gift as an intuitive counselor, specializing in the creative and healing arts-such as, Chakra Energy Balancing, Meditative Practices, Creative Art Therapy, Life Coaching and Self-esteem building. Ally is a published freelance writer and studied and taught drama in New York, Atlanta, and Los Angeles.
