Practice Information |
Individual and group Psychodrama Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or Interpersonal Psychotherapy. Unfortunately the open Psychodrama group is not currently running but Bernie is hoping to reopen the group for new members in March 2024.
Psychodrama Psychotherapy is a powerful group and individual method which helps to unlock unhelpful patterns and allow you to work out new ways of being and relating. We work together to make the group a safe container to explore issues, build resilience and practise doing things differently. It can also be fun.
Individual therapy can help to deal with many issues including self esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, adjustment, relationship issues. Bernie will work with you to decide which modality will be the best fit for you. |
