Do you need help with a particular issue or feel like something is missing in your life? Do you want a place to talk about and work on what is bothering you, free from judgement and someone else's agenda? I will help provide you with a safe and confidential place to explore issues that may be preventing you from living your best life. There are many reasons people may feel stuck, sometimes because the lingering effects of our past experiences and/or from present feelings and behaviors that continue to hold us back. Therapy can be a powerful tool to help loosen and unlock old patterns and make positive healing changes in your life. My primary modality is talk therapy, particularly depth work, but I utilize holistic and transpersonal viewpoints and techniques that encompass and connect your body, mind and spirit. I look forward to hearing from you!
