If you have a complicated relationship with someone you love or feel like you're fighting an internal battle and can't take the stress anymore, then you have come to the right place. I can help you find peace again. In my approach to therapy, I take your lead as you share your story, and I gently guide you from there. Together, we will deepen your understanding of yourself and how you have arrived where you are today. This is where the healing begins. I've had the privilege of joining numerous others in their journey to healing, and I can help you too. I'm highly experienced in treating anxiety and depression, and I also take a special interest in those who have experienced narcissistic abuse and/or emotional abuse by a parent or significant other. I also have an extensive background in working with teenagers and young adults with a wide range of emotional and behavioral difficulties. When the time is right for you, I invite you to make that first call! We will then take it one step at a time - together.
