Practice Information
Are you experiencing depression, anxiety, anger, or other emotional symptoms? Are you having relationship issues involving communication, intimacy, arguing or withdrawal from your partner? Are you feeling overwhelmed by the obligations of life and can't seem to find balance. This is where my perspective, training, and experience can assist you. Counseling can help you prioritize and problem solve so that stress does not overwhelm you. As a team, we will work together to improve your self confidence. With this new confidence, we will explore solutions to underlying problems and face those problems in an effort to rebuild your life.

I am best suited to work with individuals, couples and families, providing support, guidance and skills to deal with life's most difficult challenges. I assist clients to improve communication and intimacy, change dysfunctional cycles, and develop healthy boundaries. I have extensive experience working with teens with severe behavioral and emotional issues.

I believe every person is unique. Treatment should be customized based on an individual's values, beliefs, culture, and personal relationships. The therapeutic relationship is the foundation to successful therapy. My clients have stated they find me compassionate and easy to talk to. I am also able to provide Christian Counseling for those who request it.”
