Although seemingly simple, reaching out for help can be difficult. But finding the courage to do so might be the first step towards the more fulfilling life you seek. Whether you are looking for relief from painful confusion, sadness, or worry, or are just looking for more meaningful life experiences and relationships, I welcome you on this journey. I work with adults, adolescents, children and couples who are facing depression, anxiety, addiction and/or relationship challenges. My work emerges from a collaborative, trusting, and respectful exploration within the therapeutic relationship. If you think we might be a good match, I would be honored to support you in your journey towards healing. Through our work together, we will examine and dismantle old patterns that hold you back from being open, wise, relaxed, and spontaneous in your work, play, and love.

As a licensed psychologist who has been working with people in a variety of mental health settings in the San Francisco area since 1999, I’ve had much opportunity to help clients create better lives for themselves. After several years of practice I have begun further training in psychoanalysis, to provide this unique form of deep work for individuals who are interested. I am interested in working closely with adults, children, adolescents and couples, supporting them in their development and helping them reach their full potential. Life presents a variety of complex challenges that we face each day. I will work with you in a collaborative, trusting, respectful therapeutic relationship so that you will learn to face these challenges with greater awareness, moving towards more fulfilling relationships and greater creativity and spontaneity in your life.
