I have been a psychologist for 24 yrs working with individuals, couples, and families. I work with each client to identify what is causing their current problems and how we can restore optimal growth and health. I practice using many of the most effective psychotherapy methods for relieving anxiety,depression,and trauma-a comprehensive Mind-Body approach. My goal is to listen to and understand you, and as your personal consultant to help you repair and rebalance your life. A life that you can enjoy, where you create a satisfying, and meaningful, career, relationships, personal well being, health, and emotional development. I am trained in numerous treatment theories and techniques such as family systems, developmental, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, attachment and interpersonal neurobiology. Holistic and Mind-Body methods such as Bioenergetics, E.M.D.R.,hypnosis, yoga and mindfullness are specialties I can incorporate into your treatment program.
