Our practice is located in Peterborough, Ontario, about an hour and a half east of Toronto, in the beautiful Kawartha Lakes area of Central Ontario.
For those not in the area, I also offer telephone and Skype counselling.
I use an eclectic approach with my clients, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt, Talk Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psycho-Education, Inner Healing, EMDR, and other approaches depending on the situation. |

| Bio: |
Before going into private practice as a therapist, Paul worked in a variety of fields, including sales, construction, finance and management. He also participated in weekly groups led by a local counsellor, as a teacher and facilitator for people struggling with sexual and relational issues.
Paul brings a wide range of vocational and life experience to his practice, allowing him to relate to a variety of people in diverse situations.
Paul has been married 19 years and lives in Peterborough with his wife and 2 teenage sons and their pet schnoodle, Java. He enjoys reading, movies, music, MMA, and learning of all kinds to satisfy his insatiable curiosity. He plays guitar and also leads an online support group for those struggling with sexually compulsive behaviours. |
