Practice Information

The first step in finding mental health help is finding the right therapist. It is important to find someone you can trust and feel safe to reveal your life history. It is my intention to make your therapeutic experience a safe and non-judgmental one. Your first visit to my office will be to effect a thorough assessment of your needs, explain confidentiality boundaries, discuss expectations of therapy and answer any concerns you may have.

I use various treatment modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral, hypnosis, EMDR and some energy psychology techniques. Your treatment plan will be designed based on your unique needs. I am a Mental Health Counselor and hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology. I am also a Certified Sex Therapist and Certified Hypnotherapist. Some of the goals of therapy will be to identify your needs, triggers, where the problems began and what you want to achieve. I have experience in working with children, adults and couples. An expert in treating traumas, relationship problems, anxiety, panic attacks, anger management, depression and grievance.
