Practice Information

Reflective Wellness is a unique practice. We not only provide a well rounded team of clinicians we also have an acupuncturist, a massage therapist and a yoga teacher. Twice a month we offer group acupuncture which allows many clients to experience the benefit for a low cost. We also offer several yoga classes each week. Massage therapy is by appointment. We recognize the impact life experiences have on our body and how they are stored within us. By utilizing other modalities we allow the system to heal and to release stress and trauma.

Masters degree in Community Mental Health Counseling from the Univeristy of Phoenix License Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado I am certified in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) to assist in processing trauma.

Bio:

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (#5045) who has worked in the mental health field many years. I am certified in EMDR and work a lot with those who have experienced trauma or adverse life experiences. I have extensive experience working with teenagers and families. I have found the journey helping my clients reach their goals to be rewarding and I appreciate the opportunities to walk that journey with my clients. I work closely with my clients to identify and then obtain goals. I look forward to the opportunity to assist you, your family or adolescent in working toward full emotional health. I strive to create a warm and inviting atmosphere and will individualizel treatment to best suit you or your families needs.
