It is the key element of my mission to help active people stay injury free and reach their performance and fitness goals. My therapeutic services will assist you in achieving relaxation and stress reduction, increased athletic and sports performance, faster recovery from soft tissue injury, increased mobility and joint range of motion, easier labor for expectant mothers and improved sleep and digestion.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist in Norwalk, Connecticut since 2007, I take an integrative approach to massage and bodywork. Tailoring my work to fit the specific needs of each individual client, my therapeutic sessions are typically a combination of swedish, sports, deep tissue, trigger point, acupressure and myofascial release techniques in conjunction with elements of magnetic therapy.
