Founded on the principles of scientific research, and operated under the same model used by the Mayo Clinic, our unique model of having a multispecialty team of healthcare practitioners ensures the comprehensive and objective assessment of the patient and delivery of proven treatment protocols leading to positive patient outcomes. Merely offering hope to individuals and families is simply not adequate.
All patients at the Portrait Health Centers are assigned a Patient Coordinator trained to act as a Patient Educator and Patient Advocate not only for the benefit of the patient but for the family, as well. Each patient’s coordinator fully explains each option available to them and assists in making the right decision as to the course of treatment. Because all medical specialties are located within the Portrait Health Centers, the Patient Coordinator can help arrange an appointment with any of the departments to insure organized and predictive care.
The Portrait Health Centers provide a convenient source for all of the proven technologies and therapies for Depression, Nutritional needs, ADHD and other behavioral and learning disabilities. |

It is an act of courage to reach out and come to therapy; it is a sacred process. My goal is to accompany you on a journey towards health and healing. By creating a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment, it gives you the opportunity to connect to feelings, thoughts, and desires in a non-judgmental space. I act as a compassionate witness to your process to help you foster compassion for yourself.
My training as a dance/movement therapist gives me an added tool in the therapeutic process for those who are interested. Dance/movement therapy (DMT) is all about connecting to the wisdom and knowledge of your body. DMT can range from bringing awareness to simple movements and/or body language to using expressive movements. Our minds often create defenses to acknowledging and releasing trapped emotions stored in the body from traumatic life events. By incorporating the body in healing can help you to deepen your connection with your mind, body, and spirit. |
