We specialize in the treatment of neck and back, hip, shoulder, arm and leg pain arising from herniated discs, pinched nerves, sciatica and joint pain, without surgery.

Backstrong can also help with herniated disc and pinched nerve treatment, spinal decompression, passive modalites, cold laser, mobilization, surgical 2nd opinions, impairment ratings and independent medical examinations.

If you've been to other clinics, and still have neck and back pain, we can probably help you. And if you need a second surgical opinion, Dr. Castanet's experience in surgical clinics enables him to provide a surgical opinion from a non-surgical provider you can trust.

Bio:

Dr. Craig Castanet graduated from Palmer-West Chiropractic College in 1986. He has 35+ years clinical experience; 18 years in an orthopedic, physical medicine and physical therapy clinic, participating in the treatment of 36,000 patients. He also spent five years in a neurosurgical practice.
