As a registered psychotherapist, my goal is to help you discover and maintain your true potential through therapeutic healing. If you are ready to move in a new direction in your life, therapy will provide the extra support and guidance to help you achieve your goals. There are times when life seems a bit off center due to various obstacles. Recognizing these obstacles, whether past or present, is the first step toward growth and healing. Working with someone you trust, who is respectful, non-judgmental, compassionate, and safe makes all the difference in the world. I am steadfast and will walk beside you as you tackle these obstacles. Making the decision to seek counseling is not just about fixing a problem or improving a current situation. It is also about overall wellness of life; self-growth and a desire to increase your self-confidence, joy and satisfaction with who you are. Life is meant to be a joyous journey. My goal is to accompany you on your journey to establish an atmosphere of trust where you can grow and learn to recognize ingrained negative patterns, process current issues and establish new techniques that will assist you with future obstacles or challenges. You will be empowered to change your existing perspectives. Developing lifelong skills and strategies will prepare you to enjoy a joyful life journey.
