Our therapists are passionate about working with people who are ready to work to make improvements to overcome depression, anxiety and the challenges of life. We recognize change is difficult and we are dedicated to supporting you through that process. Through counseling with our highly trained therapists you can develop the skills and obtain the tools you need to meet the challenges you face in life head on. We offer therapy to individuals, couples, groups and families to improve their overall sense of health and well-being. Our therapists have experience and expertise with life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationship and family issues, parenting, stress management, divorce, anger and career issues. We work from a whole person, strengths-based approach. Our therapists we will focus on all areas that make up your health: emotional, social, environmental and physical.
