I am specializing in relationship, life transitions, illnesses, grief, and personal development. My goal is to help others gain a new perspective, overcome personal challenges, and improve their overall well-being. I help couples resolve challenges in their marriage and support clients through the divorce process. I help individuals explore new avenues for meaningful and fulfilling lives and achieve their goals and aspirations. I am working with teens, women, couples and older adults. My focus is on helping people deal effectively with their life situation by increasing self-awareness and improving relationships with family, friends, and colleagues. I use an eclectic approach combining psychodynamic, cognitive, solution-focused, strength-based and narrative therapy in order to help clients acquire better insight and understanding. I utilize a variety of therapeutic tools and methods to help clients make better choices and improve the quality of their lives.

After 15 rewarding years working in the pharmaceutical industry, I went through a life changing experience, which made me realize that this was my opportunity to change course and get engaged in fulfilling my life purpose. While exploring new pathways, I recognized that I am fascinated by human nature and behavior. Consequently, I decided to focus my attention on helping people improve their overall well-being via self-discovery, healthy relationships and pursuing goals of great personal importance.
