Therapeutic Massage can include a combination of the following techniques:
Swedish Massage: A full body, medium pressure massage that relieves muscle tension, stimulates circulation, increases serotonin levels, improves muscle tone, and promotes total mind and body relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage: This massage targets deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to alleviate pain, muscle spasms, stress, inflammation, and tissue damage.
Myofascial Release: This massage eliminates pain and restores motion by stretching the myofascial connective tissue and applying sustained pressure.
Massage Cupping: Through the suction and negative pressure of special cups, this technique softens tight muscle, tones attachments, loosens connective tissue, and brings hydration and blood flow to body tissues.
Hawaiian Hot Stone Massage: Relieve tense muscles and sore joints with heat from smooth, oiled and warmed stones that massage the body with long rhythmic Hawaiian Lomi Lomi strokes for deep relaxation.
Pregnancy Massage - MotherMassage൫ Reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health with a relaxing pregnancy massage.

Diana is a Nationally Board Certified and Rhode Island-Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Consulting Hypnotist serving the Northern Rhode Island area since 2005. A graduate of Career Education Institute, where she also was an Instructor of Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworks, she has continued her education through additional training classes including Bancroft School of Massage where she has completed several certificate programs. Diana is a member of the AMTA and the National Guild of Hypnotists. Her specialties include: Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Massage Cupping, Pregnancy Massage, Hawaiian Hot Stone Therapy and Hypnomassage.
Diana will work with you to figure out the best massage techniques for your body, whether it’s to relieve stress or pain, restore motion, calm muscle spasms or just to relax.
