Practice Information

I help children and young adults manage and overcome difficult times, providing counseling for grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc. I take great pride working with the neurodiverse to help them better adapt and thrive in their lives. In this time of isolation, sadness and loneliness, the world can seem dim. Reaching out takes courage, but I would love to help you through this time of need. It can be difficult when those closest to you cannot understand or empathize with what you need, or when you find yourself withdrawing from them in turn. I also work with anger management, abuse tempering and impulse control for those with problems on the sociopathic side.
