Bio:

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and am licensed in California (MFC # 47036). I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Biology from the University of Richmond. I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2005. My approach is integrative, combining cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and other traditional psychotherapy modalities with mind-body techniques such as relaxation, breathing, and mindfulness exercises. I believe that this blended perspective offers a holistic view of the individual to help achieve growth and insight in all areas of life.
