Do you feel stressed, overwhelmed, sad, or worry often? Deciding to make an appointment for therapy is a very personal decision. I understand this and I am here to help you discover your journey to address life transitions and relational difficulties. I have experience working with diverse communities and a range of concerns such as depression, sexual identity, cultural factors, life adjustments, anxiety and trauma which may assist you in addressing those challenges in life.

I have experienced working with individuals, couples, and families dealing with acculturation issues, family and life transitions, LGBTQ and sexual identity process. Tengo experiencia proveendo servicios psicoterapeuticos con individuos, parejas, y familias en temas como identidad sexual (communidad gay y lesbiana), cambios debido a la cultura y en étapas de familias.

I have training in several evidenced based practices focused on trauma, substance use, depression, and anxiety. I am also trained in affirmative psychotherapy for LGBTQ. I hold a master's degree in psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy. My undergraduate degree is focused on family studies.

I am bilingual English and Spanish. My goal is to help my clients to find inner peace, and focused on identifying solutions in their lives. My role is to guide you in your process to self discovery.
