I graduated from Monmouth University with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and have worked with clients of diverse ages and cultural backgrounds. Applying an empathetic approach, I work to tailor a combination of therapeutic approaches specifically to meet the needs of each client, some of which include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Client-Centered Therapy, Art and Play Therapy. I am extremely active and enjoy being out in the world. I am an avid runner and soccer player. In my spare time, I enjoy crafting, yoga, meditation, hiking and exploring new trails. |
