By creating a safe space to allow clients to open up, we can together unpack the presenting issues to allow for growth and healing.
I use a combination of therapeutic approaches, as I don’t believe there is a “one size fits all” solution. I believe we all have the potential to live satisfying, enriching lives, and my goal is to help clients work through challenges to allow them to thrive. I am a licensed school counselor in addition to an LPC, and have experience working with adolescents and teens on a variety of issues, including anger, substance abuse, and peer issues. I’ve also worked with women in crisis, and volunteered at a sexual assault hotline. In my spare time, I enjoy curling up with a book, cooking, baking, taking walks, and singing. I also love spending time with family and friends, and with my parents’ dog. I enjoy many seasonal activities, such as hiking, kayaking, apple picking, and attending festivals and markets. |
