MASTERPEACE has eight therapists that serves southeastern Michigan and northern Ohio with professional Christian services directed at the emotional, psychological and enrichment needs of the community. Our experienced staff specialize in areas such as short-term solution-focused individual and group therapy; psychological, personality and vocational testing; therapeutic groups, and speakers for community educational needs. Our services are provided to people of all ages, faiths and backgrounds, available for day, evening and weekend appointments. MASTERPEACE Center for Counseling and Development was formed in 1992 when Christian counselors from different religious backgrounds and treatment specialties recognized the need for quality counseling and testing services. MASTERPEACE received national accreditation by the Council on Accreditation of Services for Families and Children to insure the highest quality services and standard of care. In order to maintain an understanding with the needs of the community, we meet semiannually with our Advisory Board that consists of community business and professional leaders. The organization and staff members keep up to date with the latest local, state, and national innovations in mental health care through our involvement with the local and state Chamber of Commerce. In order to bring you the best possible care, MASTERPEACE is affiliated with most insurance, Medicare and Medicaid. We regularly receive referrals from our work with physicians, attorneys, community agencies, schools, churches, Focus on the Family, New Life Clinics and the general public. Each staff member adheres to the standards of practice and code of ethics set by the Council on Accreditation, this organization and their own profession.

As living examples of their faith in Jesus Christ, each staff member utilizes their abilities to combine the compassion and healing power of faith with the insight of traditional counseling. The staff is respectful of the beliefs (or non-beliefs), practices and faith of each person receiving testing or counseling. Clients do not need to have faith or attend church to receive services at MASTERPEACE. The staff respects each person’s right to determine where they want to start the therapeutic process in order to reach their personal goal of growth and healing.
