Challenges often present themselves as a means to push us to grow, & to edge us out of our comfort zones. Change, whether self-initiated or encountered due to the inevitable ups & downs of life, can be a scary process. Resistance to these changes - & to the emotions that arise - can render us stuck, stagnant, depressed, anxious, frustrated & lost, among other things. Therapy is an opportunity to discover your true self, wants & needs, & to learn the necessary skills to create your desired life & experiences.

My greatest passion is helping those struggling with weight loss, weight management, & emotional eating. I have personal understanding & experience with this - with natural methods, I have lost 95 pounds, maintaining physical & emotional balance for many years. |

I have 15 years of experience in the counseling and mental health field, serving clients of all ages across a variety of settings.
