An important part of therapy is being able to find a counselor who is a good fit. I am here to help. Together, we can work to help you along your lifelong journey.
I use a combination of therapeutic techniques that match every unique individual. These include Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational and Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques.
I received a Master of Arts degree from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. I have had a variety of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children with behavioral and emotional issues. I also have experience working with children with autism and other developmental disorders. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, bike riding, rock climbing, playing video games, watching movies, playing drums, and going to concerts. I enjoy working with anyone who believes the art of therapy may be helpful in his or her life. I have a calming personality and I am very easy to talk to. |
