I am a trauma informed therapist that uses CBT and Motivational Interviewing to take the journey with you and help you heal the issues that are causing you pain. I am empathic, creative and I love to laugh. A good laugh heals a lot of hurts. — Madeleine L’Engle The bulk of my experience comes from working with vulnerable populations that carry a lot of trauma. That is the homeless population that includes LGBTIA, youth and adults with severe mental illness and/or substance use disorders. My approach is structured and relational. I transfer my trauma informed experience to this format to co-create with you the best plan to address your issues. You can expect me to be a guiding light on your journey that will provide safety and emotional support.
